In 2025, restoration work at the former Shipwreck Museum in Charlestown uncovered a hidden Victorian room, sealed and untouched for more than a century.
Inside lay an extraordinary collection of artefacts, relics and curiosities, preserved exactly as they had been left.
Step inside and experience the impossible. Room 61 is a completely unique magical encounter, set within an atmospheric Victorian parlour where remarkable stories are brought to life through mystery, audience participation and demonstrations that blur the line between reality and the impossible.
